Elvis-Adopted

Elvis is the sweetest boy who would enjoy a home where he will get lots of attention. This sweet Yorkie/Chi mix just marched in Quincy’s Flag Day parade, and now he’s ready to march right into your heart. Elvis quickly became a fan favorite of the volunteers and of his kennel neighbor, a young hound puppy with whom he enjoys daily walks. Elvis has lived with cats and dogs but can be pushy with dogs, so if there’s another dog in your home, he/she should be confident and kind. He was surrendered because his owner moved into no-pet housing; he is used to having his human around pretty much day and night, therefore he would be a great companion for someone looking for a small, older and stable dog. Elvis is 12 but you would never know it; he needs minor dental work which we’re taking care of. We will also be doing senior bloodwork which is our protocol for older pets who come under our care; we’ll happily share all the results with potential adopters.
