Abby H.
Abby Hauvuy of Bridgewater had her 4th birthday party and she wanted to donate to the shelter to help care for the puppies & kitties waiting for their forever homes. We received many items on our wish list for the animals to enjoy. We appreciate the generosity and compassion of her family and friends. A truly thoughtful young lady. |

Many thanks to Charlie L. of Arlington who celebrated his 5th birthday by sharing with the animals.
His family arrived with many donations from our “wish list” for the residents, as well as a check. His grand aunt, Rose Giglio, one of our dedicated volunteers came along for the presentation to Kit Burke our Shelter Director.

Doug Aylward
On Saturday we had a special visitor from Rowley, MA. Doug Aylward and his family came with a carload of donations from our “wish list”. Doug is in the 3rd grade at the Pine Grove Elementary School in Rowley. His “Aunt Joan” of Quincy, a friend of QAS, passed away recently and Doug wanted to do something in her memory. He decided to do a “wish list” drive at his school.
Included were 147 cans of food, over 100 pounds of dry food, treats and biscuits along with other items and a check donation.
