Quincy Animal Shelter, Inc. is seeking a motivated team leader to help our shelter thrive and continue serving animals and families across our community. For 27 years, QAS has been part of a caring community that has helped more than 11,000 animals find loving homes.
This full-time role is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced business professional with nonprofit leadership experience and strong skills in budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, and strategic planning.
The Executive Director of Business Operations will help support QAS’s financial stability, ensure compliance with state and local regulations, and guide key efforts in fundraising, grant writing, marketing, event planning, donor retention, and donor acknowledgment. Working closely with the Executive Director of Shelter Operations, this person will help ensure our shelter has the resources needed to care for animals in need and support the people who love them.
