The Quincy Animal Shelter is located in the same facility as the City of Quincy Animal Control. It is behind the Quincy Police Station, near the intersection of Sea Street and Route 3A (Southern Artery).

From Route 93 (Southeast Expressway)
Take Exit 8, Furnace Brook Parkway.
Follow Furnace Brook Parkway through 6 sets of lights (approximately 3 miles).
At the sixth light, turn right onto Southern Artery at VERC Rental Car.
After passing through one traffic light (Sea Street), take the first left onto Broad Street (opposite McDonalds). Quincy Animal Shelter is located at 56 Broad Street - the last building on the left (next to Father Bill's Place).

The Quincy Animal Shelter is a 100% volunteer-run organization. The Shelter has NO PAID STAFF and relies completely on our volunteers and the community for support. Incorporated in November 1999 as a non-profit Massachusetts charity, we are also a recognized charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service code. Since 1999 the Quincy Animal Shelter has placed more than 3,600 cats and dogs into loving and forever homes through out MA and New England.
